Edwin thinks his Secret Santa delivery is a mistake…turned out it’s his daddy.

When I stepped into the elevator after the longest meeting of my life, I expected to go home, take a shower, and climb into bed. Instead, I found a folded- up piece of paper that changed my life. The law office above me was doing a Secret Santa and the name on my paper was my crush. Not just any crush, either, the daddy I met at Collared the night I went to orientation.

Fine. “Met” might be an exaggeration. More like I overheard his friend greeting him and watched him all night. That’s sort of the same thing, right?

Now was my chance to overcome my shyness and have a little Christmas fun.

Daddy’s Little Christmas List is a sweet with heat Secret Santa Daddy MM romance set in the world of Collared Ever After. It features a little who is ready to spoil his daddy, an attorney who tossed his Secret Santa signup only to find himself on the receiving end of the most adorable gifts, holiday cheer, cookies galore, more glitter than any vacuum can handle, Marion’s twist on a holiday shindig, all the magic of Christmas, and a happily ever after. If you enjoy your romance filled with true love, a sweet and caring daddy, and an adorable boy who’s ready to let his daddy know exactly what he needs, download Daddy’s Little Christmas List today.

Review –

There are times I need super sweet in my reading. This is one of those times. I knew I’d find exactly what I was looking for in a Della Cain book, as I have in the past. I so was not disappointed. Daddy’s Little Christmas List was perfect. It’s part of a multi-author series, but I jumped ahead for this book, something I don’t do often. I’m sure I’ll go back and read the others when time allows.

Edwin is a little without a Daddy. 🙁 He goes to a local kink club for an orientation. While there he sees a man he’d love to have fill that role, but he loses his chance by not being brave enough to speak to him. What he doesn’t expect is to see the same man at his office building a few days later.

Adam is a Daddy without a boy. He most definitely noticed the little in the club, but he didn’t think the guy noticed him. Imagine his surprise when he sees him in the building he works in not long after.

Adam has been asked to be part of the Secret Santa in his office, something he absolutely hates. How awkward to buy a gift for someone you’ve likely never said more than a quick hello to? Adam has always felt Christmas gifts to be personal. Even so, his friend and coworker filled out the form for him anyway. After lying saying he’d think about it, he put the form in his pocket, with every intention of throwing it away. Unfortunately – or it turns out to be fortunately for him – when he reaches inside his pocket for it, it’s not there. And what do you know? Somebody finds it anyway and takes it upon himself to be Adam’s Secret Santa. When the gifts start arriving, he knows who he hopes is his secret admirer in the building. Whoever it is obviously knows he’s into kink, though nothing screams KINK! in any of the gifts to those who aren’t aware.

Of course, he discovers that his Secret Santa is Edwin. Without giving it away, he asks Edwin to lunch, and then dinner, and it doesn’t take long before they’re in a Daddy/boy relationship. It happens fast, but it doesn’t feel rushed. They participate in some of the Christmas events at Collared, the kink club, and get to know each other away from that part of their relationship.

The only way to describe what Edwin and Adam have is super sweet. Adam is the perfect Daddy, and Edwin is the perfect boy. While a lot of the age play is on page, it’s not overkill. The author allows the two men to get to know each other in all aspects of their lives, not just the kink part. I think what I liked most is that the Daddy/boy part of their relationship wasn’t 24/7. I’ve read a lot of those types of books, and I’m not knocking them in any way. I just don’t think the insta-lust/love/Daddy slash boy thing would’ve worked as well with Edwin and Adam had it been a constant part of their overall relationship.

The sex scenes, while hot, were also sweet. You really can’t not love Adam. He was absolutely perfect, and Edwin was a total sweetheart.

A very entertaining read by an author I never fail to enjoy.
